It is not sent to or stored on Toolixo's servers. If you close or refresh the page, the entered data will be lost unless you have printed or saved the PDF. For persistent invoice management, dedicated accounting software is recommended.

Can I save the invoice as a PDF?

Yes. After clicking 'Print Bill', your browser's print dialog will appear. Most modern browsers allow you to choose 'Save as PDF' as the destination instead of printing to a physical printer.

What currencies are supported?

The tool includes a dropdown for common currencies like USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, INR, CAD, AUD, CHF, CNY, SAR, and AED. The selected symbol will be displayed on the invoice. The calculations are numerical and not tied to live exchange rates.

How to Use the Invoice Generator

What happens if I enter an invalid URL for my company logo?

If the URL provided for the company logo is invalid or the image cannot be accessed, the logo will simply not appear on the invoice preview. It will not break the rest of the invoice generation process.

Is there a limit to the number of line items I can add?

There isn't a strict technical limit imposed by the tool itself. You can add many line items. However, for very long invoices, the preview and print layout might span multiple pages, and extremely large numbers of items could potentially affect browser performance during generation.
